Returns & Refunds

We offer a 3-day return period from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your watch must be unworn and in its original condition, with all original packaging, documentation, warranty materials, tags, and accessories included. Returns showing signs of wear or missing original components may be refused.

Please contact us before returning your order. We will provide the necessary return instructions and arrange the return process.

For standard returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. If an item is defective or we have sent you the wrong item, return shipping will be covered by us.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Customized, engraved, or specially modified items are not eligible for return.
